Vedic astrology readings and consultations provided by LAXMILOKA are intended solely for entertainment and general guidance purposes. They do not constitute professional advice in the fields of medicine, law, finance, psychology, or any other licensed profession. All decisions made based on any information provided during a consultation are made solely at your own risk and discretion.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LAXMILOKA website and booking any astrology services, you (“Client,” “User,” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LAXMILOKA (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).

2. Nature of Services

LAXMILOKA provides Vedic astrology consultations, readings, and related services (“Services”) for entertainment, informational, and personal enrichment purposes only. Vedic astrology is a traditional belief system and its interpretations are subjective in nature. Results and insights provided are not guarantees of future events or outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services or book a consultation. By using LAXMILOKA’s Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

4. Booking and Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or designated booking platform.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate personal information at the time of booking, including your full name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth.
  • Appointment times are subject to availability. Confirmation will be sent via email.
  • LAXMILOKA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund or alternative time offered.

5. Fees and Payment

  • All service fees are listed on the LAXMILOKA website and quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • Payments are processed through secure, third-party payment processors. LAXMILOKA does not store your card details.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect already-confirmed bookings.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

24–48 hours before:
50% refund or one-time free reschedule
Less than 24 hours / No-show:
Non-refundable

7. Rescheduling

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • You may reschedule at no charge if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a rescheduling fee.
  • Each booking allows a maximum of one free reschedule.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LAXMILOKA’s Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of any consultation or reading.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LAXMILOKA, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on our Services, any decisions made based on consultation information, technical errors, or any other matter related to our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Personal Data & Privacy

LAXMILOKA collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

11. Communications & Recordings

Sessions may be conducted via telephone, video call, or in-person, as agreed at the time of booking. You may not record any consultation session without the prior written consent of LAXMILOKA and the consulting astrologer.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the LAXMILOKA website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and consultation materials — is the property of LAXMILOKA and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or astrologers
  • Provide false or misleading information during booking or consultation
  • Attempt to circumvent our payment systems or engage in fraudulent chargebacks
  • Record or distribute session content without written consent
  • Use our Services if you are in a vulnerable mental health state without appropriate professional support

We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately and without notice for any violation.

14. Mental Health & Wellbeing

LAXMILOKA is not a mental health service provider. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, emotional distress, or thoughts of self-harm, please contact a qualified mental health professional or call the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988. Our astrologers are not trained therapists and are not equipped to address mental health emergencies.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which LAXMILOKA is registered. Any disputes shall first be attempted through informal negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

16. Modifications to Terms

LAXMILOKA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LAXMILOKA with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
